We are an exclusive provider of massage, esthetic, and hair services. Our goal is to provide upscale, high quality services at an affordable price. We hope to wow you and completely exceed your expectations, by providing you with a full, sensory experience unlike anything you have had before! We offer massage, facials, waxing, and hair appointments.
Accomodations are limited to resource availability and since we book up quickly, it is always best to book at least one to two weeks in advance for best booking results.

Our Cancellation Policy and Procedures
We are by appointment only, and we operate under a rigid time schedule in order to accommodate everyone. You may cancel your appointment any time within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time without any charges or penalties. Same day cancellations will be charged at 50% of the original (undiscounted) service price. If you do not call or show for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full (undiscounted) price for the scheduled service. We can only perform services properly with the full amount of time that we schedule for them. Due to time constraints, late arrivals, up to 14 minutes, are subject to extreme modification of services and arrivals, 15 minutes or later, are subject to automatic cancellation. Please be aware that late arrivals will still be charged the full service price regardless of the outcome. Thank you for your understanding and for your respect of our time.
We view holidays such as Easter, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, and New Years Day as precious. To honor our hard working therapists who are willing to work on these days, clients may not use any special rates or offers, and they must pre-pay at least 50% of the total, which will be non-refundable, in order to hold their scheduled times.
Our Policy on Credits/Pre-Paid Services
All credits purchased are only offered as-is and are valid only for a limited time. All pre-paid credits issued in our system expire after one year (except for membership credits).
Credits for services are non-negotiable, non-transferrable, and non-refundable. No refunds whatsoever will be given for purchases on products or services.
Any remaining special membership package credits expire after 5 weeks of purchase; however, we no longer offer special membership packages.
Monthly membership credits issued each month will not expire until 6 months after voluntary/involuntary membership termination.
It is up to the client to schedule appointments and ensure that unused credits do not expire. Any services not rendered for expired pre-paid service credits will be forfeit with no exceptions for any reason. Credits will be subject to our cancellation policy listed above and will automatically be deducted each time an appointment is scheduled.
Vouchers and gift certificates may only be redeemed for services unless otherwise noted. They have no cash or credit card value and any remaining value must be used at Luxury Sweet Escape within 12 months of purchase date.
